Individual Psychotherapy

AEDP

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy

Grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), individual therapy focuses on processing trauma, building emotional resilience, and developing a more authentic relationship with yourself.

AEDP is a research-informed, experiential approach that works at the level of emotion and embodied experience — not just thought patterns or coping strategies. The work supports you in moving through stuck places toward genuine, lasting change.

This work is also informed by training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), bringing an integrative depth to the therapeutic process.

— Processing trauma and difficult emotional experience

— Strengthening emotional resilience

— Authentic self development

— New ways of relating to yourself and others

Couples Psychotherapy

EFT

Emotionally Focused Therapy

Certified through the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), couples therapy works with the emotional patterns and attachment needs at the heart of relational conflict.

EFT is considered the gold standard of couples therapy, with the strongest outcome research of any couples therapy model. The work helps couples move out of reactive cycles and into deeper, more secure connection — the felt experience of knowing your partner is truly there for you.

This approach identifies and shifts the negative patterns of communication driving disconnection, supporting couples in building bonds that are both vulnerable and resilient. Additional training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy further informs this work.
